Location: 2-3 days on-site in North Amsterdam, the rest of the week working remotely (home office)
We’re supporting a global construction and property consultancy that advises clients across major real estate, infrastructure and sustainability programmes worldwide.
They're seeking a Contracts Manager (FIDIC) to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of data centre construction and infrastructure programmes.

Tasks
- Administer FIDIC contracts in strict accordance with the relevant conditions set out in the applicable book and the project's particular conditions
- Support the development of a contracting strategy, a pricing model and a risk allocation framework. These should all be aligned with the project's and the client's objectives
- Draft and manage RFPs, ITTs, and contract documentation; oversee bid evaluations and lead contract award negotiations with contractors, consultants, and key suppliers
- Evaluate, negotiate and settle contractor claims, including EOT requests, delay damages, loss and expense claims, and final accounts
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Experience managing and administering FIDIC contracts, including hands on administration of Red, Yellow, and/or Silver Book across the full project life cycle
- Nice to have: Experience on hyperscale or colocation data centre programmes with EPC, EPCM, or Design & Build contracting strategies
EUR 350-650 per day
