What you do
As the Administrative Assistant in the U.S. Mission’s Medical Unit, you oversee, direct, and execute all administrative functions and responsibilities for the Medical Unit as assigned by the Direct Hire Foreign Service Medical Specialists Medical Provider - MP. You act as a liaison and facilitator between the medical unit staff, officers from different sections of the Mission, family members, locally employed staff, personnel from other agencies and regional posts, and medical, nursing and ancillary health services within the local community.
What we ask (minimal requirements to apply
· Two years of general college or university studies is required.
· Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant is required.
· Level III (good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing English and level III (good working knowledge) speaking/reading/writing Dutch is required. This may be tested.
All applicants under consideration will be required to pass security certification and may be required to obtain a Certificate of Conduct for Natural Persons (VOG) from the Ministry of Safety and Justice of the Netherlands.
What we offer
· Annual salary of EUR 47,459 – EUR 61,696 (based on a 40-hour work week)
· 8.33 % End of year bonus (13th month)
· 8.2% Holiday bonus

· One-year contract which will be renewed under the same conditions based on job performance, funding, and security clearance.
