As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision and roadmap, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into clear, actionable plans. You will act as the key bridge between business and operational stakeholders and multiple vendor delivery teams, maintaining oversight of product development and ensuring alignment across all parties.
This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a clear focus on continuity, reliability, and long-term maintainability of the BCS platform.
Key Responsibilities- Define, communicate, and own the product vision and roadmap for BCS, aligned with organisational strategy and stakeholder expectations
- Translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications
- Own and prioritise the product backlog across multiple vendor teams to maximise value and delivery efficiency
- Steer end-to-end delivery, ensuring scope, quality, dependencies, and outcomes are consistently met
- Facilitate close collaboration between business stakeholders, operational teams, and vendors to ensure aligned and effective product development
- Safeguard continuity, reliability, and long-term maintainability of the product by proactively managing risks and dependencies
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in vendor-driven or multi-supplier environments
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
- Fluent Dutch and English skill
- Demonstrated experience in backlog management, prioritisation, and vendor coordination
- Strong focus on product reliability, sustainability, and long-term operational outcomes
