As a Master Planner at Bollegraaf, you play a central role in our organization. In this position, you are responsible for the integrated supply chain planning of our international projects. You manage the entire chain in such a way that strategic priorities, project results, and operational capacity are balanced—and maximum business value is realized.

You manage the chain so that decisions are not made only under pressure, but are made in a timely and well-founded manner. You identify bottlenecks early, provide insight into them, and actively propose solutions. In doing so, you prevent decision‑making from escalating or being delayed unnecessarily and make a direct contribution to delivery reliability, efficiency, and scalable growth.

The role goes beyond planning alone: you contribute directly to optimizing business results and predictability. You create clarity and stability in a complex environment where engineering, procurement, production, and logistics are closely interconnected.

You start with the big picture: which projects are running, what is coming up, and where tensions are arising in the chain. In doing so, you explicitly look beyond capacity and deadlines alone and include the impact on the business result in your considerations.

You analyze, establish connections, and provide structure. You coordinate closely with sales, project management, engineering, operations, and supply chain, ensuring that choices are based on insight and scenarios.

You are the one who looks ahead, develops alternatives, and makes timely adjustments. You ensure that the organization makes realistic and feasible choices—without the need for excessive escalation or coordination. At the same time, you work on improving planning methodologies, standardization, and data‑driven management, so that planning increasingly becomes a reliable foundation for our operations.

You direct the chain planning but do not interfere with the substantive execution of projects or project control. That remains the responsibility of project management and the involved teams.

An attractive salary between €4,644.55 and €6,945.82, tailored to your experience and expertise.
