You’ll be working at the heart of the Modern Workplace. This means you’ll be working with complex M365 environments for a wide range of clients on a daily basis—and that your role involves not only executing tasks but also advising, guiding, and handing off responsibilities.
Your main duties will include- Implement and configure Microsoft 365 as part of Valid’s Modern Workplace solution for clients, from onboarding through to delivery. Your expertise begins even before the project starts, so you’ll also contribute to presales and proposals.
- Support and contribute to projects, ensuring a smooth handover to the management organization so that what you build remains truly manageable. In addition, you will also take on some of the day-to-day management tasks yourself.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on new services and their ongoing development. You will provide reviews and substantive input to guide the roadmap. In addition, you will contribute ideas regarding improvements and changes from Microsoft related to identity, device management, and data protection.
- Implementing security and compliance measures in the modern workplace, based on our standardization and current design, so that customers are secure and in control.
- Supporting workshops and requirements sessions with clients: you help uncover the underlying issue.

What we expect from you- Experience as an Infrastructure Specialist, M365 Specialist, or Technical Consultant in large IT environments.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related services (Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Purview).
- Proven experience with security, compliance, and governance in the modern workplace.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (or you are in the process of obtaining them).
- You are proactive and communicate clearly, even when the subject matter is technically complex.
