As a production employee at Scheuten, you’ll be at the heart of our flat glass production process. Your work ensures that we deliver high-quality glass products to various industries, meeting strict quality standards. You’ll join a diverse and collaborative team where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. With a thorough onboarding program lasting 4–6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:- Operating semi-automated CNC machines and performing tasks such as assembling, packaging, and stacking according to production schedules.
- Inspecting and recording product quality, taking action when deviations occur.
- Conducting basic maintenance and keeping machines and workspaces clean following established instructions.
- Resolving recurring issues and reporting production or machine problems to the team leader.
- Working in a 3-shift system, collaborating with your team to achieve production targets.
- A base salary of €15.55 per hour, plus a 23% shift allowance, totaling approximately €3149 gross per month.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Guaranteed 38 working hours per week in a structured and stable environment.
- 8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days per year, and up to €2500 gross in annual bonuses.
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one-way).

- MBO 2 level of education or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines is a plus.
- Proficient in Dutch, German, and/or English communication.
- Basic computer and operating system skills.
