The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to join a high-growth rare disease company within an international commercial team.
International Brand Manager will support marketing strategy execution across multiple markets, working closely with country affiliates, cross-functional teams, and external partners. The role combines launch preparation, omnichannel marketing, campaign localisation, and cross-market coordination.
It is a hands-on role with strong exposure to international stakeholders, offering the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced global organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the execution of international marketing and launch plans in collaboration with marketing, medical, and local market teams.
- Coordinate the localisation and translation of disease awareness and marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient-focused initiatives at international and local levels.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing strategy and field execution, enabling effective engagement with healthcare professionals.
- Support the planning and optimisation of international congresses, events, and external activities.
- Work closely with country teams to ensure materials are accurate, relevant, and adapted to local market needs.
- Manage internal approval processes to ensure compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development of omnichannel engagement strategies targeting healthcare professionals and patient communities.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Coordinate activities with external agencies and partners.
- Contribute to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing
- Experience in rare diseases or specialty care is preferred.
- Prior experience in a national or regional marketing role is required; international exposure is beneficial but not essential.
- Proven track record of successful commercial execution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or strong interest in omnichannel marketing and digital engagement, including CRM-based campaigns and webinars.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global and local teams.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong ownership of deliverables.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in matrix organisations.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
