As our newDORA Compliance Consultant, you will playan importantrolein developing and strengthening our capabilities across key regulatory areas, includingMiCAR, AML/KYC,GDPR, and inthis specific function,particularintheDigital Operational Resilience Act(DORA).
Your tasks and responsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing compliance programs that meet relevant regulations,specifically DORA,MiCAR,GDPRandWwft.
Conducting risk assessments andestablishingrisk mitigation measures.
Managing internal audits and preparing reports for regulators and management.
Advising and training employees on compliance issues and best practices.
Staying updated on the latest developments and trends in cryptocurrency and blockchain regulations.
Maintaining client relationships and directly liaising with regulatory authorities and other external partners on behalf of our clients.
Assistingin setting up processes and procedures for new products and services.

Experience:
o Proven experiencewithindepthDORA compliance,advisoryorconsultancy.
o Preferably: Minimum of 7years experiencein a compliance or consultancy role, preferably in the financial sector or within the crypto industry.
Education:Bachelor's or Master’sdegre...e, preferably in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, or Economics.
Sectorknowledge:Understanding of crypto ecosystems and related technologies is a plus.
Regulatoryexpertise:Deep knowledge ofDORA(Digital Operational Resilience Act)isa must.
Language:Fluent inEnglishboth written and spoken(required)andpreferably in Dutch or willing to learn.
Availability:
o Youareavailablefull-time(contractbasedon36to40hoursper week).Parttime is negotiable.
o YouareabletoliveandworkintheNetherlands,without Visa supportfromtheCompany.
o Weexpect you to be in the officeand/or at clients at least twice a week.
