What future are you building towards?

As an S/4HANA (Senior) Manager, your primary focus is on driving technology-based business transformations. This includes understanding the requirements and objectives of our clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in communication, hands‑on configuration of the S/4/HANA system, and guiding the IT transformation process. You will have extensive contact with clients and, in some situations, also be their point of contact. You are the SAP expert for the client! Finally, there is also the challenge of further developing yourself within the extensive SAP portfolio, closely monitoring developments, and acting on them.

The office

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven’t had breakfast yet? Responsibilities: How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

• Designing solutions for complex business problems leveraging S/4HANA capabilities.
• Leading sales and delivery of complex SAP enabled projects.
• Managing all relevant project planning and execution activities.
• Building and managing relations with clients.
• Leading and nurturing talent development within project teams.

Job requirements: Where do you start if you want to change the world?

• Completed Bachelor or Masters education, e.g. Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience in industry or consultancy.
• Experience in at least 3 full life‑cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, with a minimum of 2 projects in a role such as project manager, solution architect, or stream lead.
• Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of SAP related products and market developments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch is an advantage
• Strong business process knowledge of Supply Chain Management Processes
• Proven knowledge and experience in one or more areas of SAP solutions:
  • Supply Chain Execution (MM, EWM, TM, LBN, GTS)
  • Manufacturing (PP, QM, DMC)
  • Supply Chain Planning (IBP, PP/DS, ATP)
• An independent, proactive and flexible work attitude.
• Very good analytical and critical skills.
• Furthermore, you do not mind having to travel (internationally).

It's an advantage if you have:

• Hands‑on experience with the Digital Core S/4HANA Enterprise Management;
• Experience with SAP Activate.
• Skills to work well in a team and have ambitions to grow into a professional within our leading organization.
• Skills to independently identify (follow‑up) assignments with existing customers.
• Skills and sense of responsibility to supervise more junior colleagues and to support them professionally.
