Role Description:We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Customer Support Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of customers within the Netherlands and International Travel Retail markets, managing logistics processes and driving improvements to enhance service level and efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers regarding logistics services and processes
- Organize and lead logistics performance meetings with customers to discuss key topics
- Manage the complete order-to-invoicing cycle accurately on the first attempt
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Initiate and lead projects aimed at optimizing the supply chain and logistics workflows
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Inbound Logistics to align processes
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- A completed HBO or University master’s degree, preferably with experience in supply chain management
- Experience in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships within a supply chain environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing process improvements, ideally with customer involvement
- Results‑driven with a proactive, action‑oriented mindset
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with automated systems like SAP and Power BI
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English
