Elestor is bringing a breakthrough in long-duration energy storage to market. Its hydrogen–iron flow battery technology has been validated at industrial pilot scale, and the company is now executing its first commercial deployments.
This is not a company preparing for a transition, execution is underway. Demonstrator systems are being realised, customer traction is building, and the roadmap toward FOAK in 2028 is in motion.
As Chief Product Officer, you take full ownership of delivering this trajectory: from demonstrator to certified, scalable and commercially deployed systems. You ensure delivery against critical milestones while building the foundation for repeatable product platforms and volume production.
You lead the product roadmap end-to-end; aligning engineering, industrialisation, supply chain and commercial requirements into one coherent execution. You ensure that what is developed can be built, certified and deployed at scale.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you are a key member of the executive team and instrumental in turning proven technology into a commercially successful product.
- Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical or energy systems)
- 15+ years of experience within industrial or deep-tech environments
- Proven track record of bringing complex hardware from prototype/pilot through to commercial deployment
- Experience in energy storage, hydrogen, electrolyzers, fuel cells or comparable industrial systems
- Strong experience in industrialisation, manufacturing and supply chain development
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in scale-up or industrial settings
You are execution-driven, decisive and hands-on, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear product decisions and delivery.
