The Manager, HR Operations – EMEA is responsible for leading and optimizing HR service delivery across the region, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality HR processes. This role oversees HR operations, policy governance, HR systems, employee relations, payroll coordination, onboarding, and compliance with local employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operational leader who thrives in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and optimize HR operations and service delivery across EMEA, ensuring consistent, efficient, and employee‑centric processes.
Oversee regional HR policies, procedures, and governance, ensuring alignment with global standards and local legal requirements.
Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, partnering with local HR and Legal to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries, monitoring regulatory changes and updating processes accordingly.
Coordinate payroll operations with Finance and external vendors, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery.
Manage HR systems (HRIS/HRIT), ensuring data accuracy, process automation, and strong adoption of digital HR tools.
Drive operational excellence through process improvements, metrics, reporting, and service‑level management.
Serve as a regional escalation point and collaborate closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, IT, and EMEA HR teams on cross‑functional initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. HR Certification is a plus
7+ years of HR operations experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or managerial role.
Strong understanding of EMEA employment legislation across multiple countries.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Proven track record in process optimization, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Experience managing payroll operations and vendor relationships.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environment.
Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
