Stellantis Financial Services Netherlands powers the financial side of the Stellantis Group, supporting dealers and business clients with financing, leasing, and insurance solutions. We are looking for a Sales Insights & Operations Analyst who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Management. In this role, you combine operational sales support with deep-dive analyses, providing reliable insights that drive commercial decisions. You enjoy building reports, dashboards, and processes from scratch, take initiative, and can switch effortlessly between day‑to‑day operational questions and strategic projects.
What you’ll be responsible for- Preparing commercial budgets, annual business plans, and monthly forecasts, and following up on results
- Monitoring and analyzing daily commercial performance
- Providing insight into results per retailer, including trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the calculation and payout of commercial bonuses in close collaboration with Sales and Finance
- Developing, maintaining, and automating reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Ensuring data quality and translating numbers into clear, actionable insights for Sales and Management
- Designing and improving analyses, reports, and workflows from scratch, taking ownership and proactively suggesting improvements
- Prioritizing effectively in a fast‑paced environment, balancing ad‑hoc requests with structured deliverables
- Acting as a sparring partner for Sales on commercial and analytical questions
- WO level working in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field
- A few years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or Finance
- Highly proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in Power BI, preferably with experience in automating reports
- Structured, accurate, and able to maintain oversight under multiple deadlines
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and enjoys building things from scratch
- Skilled at prioritizing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Communicates complex data clearly (make complex things easy)
- A versatile and impactful role in an international, commercial organization
