Our partner is looking for a Training & Support Consultant who empowers users to confidently work with advanced software and high‑precision packaging machines. In this role, you combine hands‑on technical training with remote support, helping customers master both the digital systems and physical equipment used in their daily operations.

You will guide users through complete workflows, ensuring they understand how machine operation, software, and best practices come together. Your work has direct impact: customers rely on you to keep their processes smooth, safe, and efficient - and they genuinely appreciate the support.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, is curious about how systems and machines work, and thrives at the intersection of training, technology, and user experience.

• Deliver engaging, practical training sessions on software applications and packaging machines.
• Teach users how the full workflow connects - from machine operation to digital control systems.
• Provide remote functional and technical support to customers across different regions.
• Manage software installations and updates (primarily remotely).
• Welcome customers at the training centre and create a positive, professional training atmosphere.
• Test new software releases and provide user‑centric feedback to improve functionality.
• Create clear training materials, documentation, and user support content.

• HBO‑level education, or MBO+ with strong IT affinity.
• Strong command of German (essential) and English.
• Interest in both software and machine operation (full technical training provided).
• Basic understanding of Windows systems; experience with databases or file transfer tools is a plus.
• Clear communication skills, enthusiasm, and a user‑focused mindset.
• Fast learner who enjoys understanding how processes and systems work.
• No previous experience in medical or industrial environments required.
