- Manage incoming orders and confirmations via Amazon Vendor Central.
- Track shipments and ensure all delivery windows are met.
- Handle operational discrepancies and resolve short shipments or disputes.
- Coordinate freight bookings and transport schedules using the CARP system.
- Communicate with external logistics partners and carriers daily.
- Create and check essential shipping documents like CMR and packing lists.
- Oversee quality checks for incoming and outgoing goods.
- Update administrative records to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor operational performance and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve internal logistical processes.
- A relevant educational background at MBO+ or HBO level.
- Previous experience in a logistical or e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to switch between tasks quickly.
- Available for full-time work during regular office hours.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in administrative processing.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,300.
