Are you a natural people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment? We're looking for an HR Administration Team Lead to guide a team of 8-15 HR Specialists responsible for accurate and compliant employee data administration across all Dutch business units.
This is a role for someone who loves coaching others, solving complex HR data challenges, and ensuring smooth operations that make a real difference for employees nationwide.
What You'll Lead & Own
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Services Specialists
- Oversee daily operations, workload planning, and service levels
- Ensure accurate and timely HR data aligned with Dutch labor laws
- Act as the expert contact for complex HR/EDA cases
- Support audits, compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Strong people leadership experience
- Operational/SLA-driven environment experience
- Knowledge of Dutch HR laws and HR processes
- Fluent Dutch + intermediate English
