As an order picker at AS Watson in Heteren, you’re always on the move. You collect products using a voice pick system: your headset tells you where to go, you grab the right product, and confirm it. You walk a lot, lift small and large packages, and make sure everything ends up in the right place. You work in a 2- or 3-shift system, depending on your preference. This means sometimes you start early, sometimes later, but you always have time for yourself. Waar ga je werken?You’ll work at the AS Watson distribution center in Heteren—a massive location, bigger than nine soccer fields. From here, stores in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France get their supplies. The team is diverse and the atmosphere is no-nonsense and collegial. Everyone works together to make sure everything goes out on time and in good order. The DC is easy to reach by public transport from Arnhem Central Station and there’s free parking if you come by car. You’ll work in an informal, supportive environment where hard work and respect for each other are key.
