As an Administrative Support professional, you play a key role in ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly. With your structured approach and attention to detail, you make sure everything behind the scenes is well organized.
You process orders accurately, keep customers informed, and support the team during busy periods, helping everything run efficiently.
What will you do:
- Process: accurately enter and manage sales orders in SAP and Excel;
- Communicate: respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on backorders and order statuses;
- Support: manage emails to the external warehouse and process Post Goods Issues (PGIs);
- Administer: monitor the logistics mailbox and process invoices (including Japan);
- Close: handle Geodis orders and support monthly closing activities.

- Salary between €15.57 and €16.73 per hour;
