As a sample lab assistant at IFF in Tilburg, you play a vital role in ensuring that our fragrance and flavor samples are prepared and shipped with precision and care. Your responsibilities include:- Picking, weighing, and preparing fragrance and flavor samples for global shipment.
- Packing and shipping samples accurately, including handling dangerous goods according to IATA regulations.
- Preparing DG documentation for air transport and processing orders in SAP.
- Operating a reach truck to move and store goods efficiently within the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while collaborating with local and international teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:
- A reach truck certificate, or sufficient experience to obtain the certificate;
- Physically able to lift up to 23 kg;
- A precise and accurate working style, preferably with experience in detailed or precision-based tasks;
- C1 level in English or Dutch;
- Familiar with order picking and inventory management;
- Willing to work in flexibel dayshift hours
- A strong team player with good communication skills;
- Comfortable using a computer and performing light administrative tasks
