Livom is a fast-growing Swiss start-up in the furniture industry. With a strong e-commerce presence and multiple showrooms across Europe, we inspire customers every day with our modular, sustainable sofas.
To strengthen our team at the Showroom Amsterdam, we are now looking for a Sales Advisor who brings passion for consulting, interior design, and customer service to represent our brand.
Tasks
As a Sales Advisor with a talent for sales, you will inspire our customers with our flexible sofas and show them with enthusiasm what is possible. Taking individual customer needs into account, you will help them realize their personal home furnishing dreams.
Your responsibilities:
- The core of your role is providing friendly and professional advice and support in the sale of modular sofas
- You are responsible for needs analysis and comprehensive customer consultation on our products in the showroom and online shop
- You assist customers directly in the showroom to place their orders
- You contribute to creating a welcoming showroom experience
- You support daily tasks such as product presentation, showroom maintenance, and minor administrative duties
Requirements
What you bring to Livom:
- Enjoyment of working with people and a genuine talent for service-oriented consulting
- Open, communicative personality and a positive presence
- Reliability, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good Dutch language skills; English or other languages are a plus
- A passion and enthusiasm for interior design
