As a rituals ambassador, you are the voice and listening ear for customers seeking a moment of peace and personal attention.

In this role as customer service you are much more that a regulare customer agent; you are a true ambassador who translates the unique rituals atmosphere to phone, email, and chat. You engage in converstations about product safety, advise users about the best option for them, and help solving problems and questions!

You will work at an international customer service excellence center in Amsterdam, where passion for service and team spirit is most important

Practical information:

This job starts may 1st, 2026 with a 4-day training at the office in Amsterdam-West. After the training you will need to be flexibel to work between the hours of 08.45 - 21.00 on weekdays and between 10.00 - 18.00 on weekends. This job is for 24 to 28 hours a week, and we are looking for a long-term colleague!

• A competitve salary of € 2,754.21 gross per month (40 hours);

Wat wij vragen

• You hold at least a higher general secondary (HAVO) or vocational (MBO) degree;
• Fluency in both German and English (verbal and written);
• Flexible availability for 24 to 28 hours per week;
• Availability during our opening hours (Mon-Fri 08:45-21:00 and weekends 10:00-18:30);
• Creative writing skills and a strong customer-focused mindset;
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills!
