We are looking for an Accounts Payable Agent to join the DHL eCommerce Accounts Payable team.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
The eCommerce Accounting team in Maastricht is young, dynamic, and enthusiastic. They are responsible for the accounting of four entities within eCommerce Benelux. As an Accounts Payable Agent, you handle the processing and payment of all incoming 3rd?'party invoices for DHL eCommerce Benelux.
Key tasks:
- Processing and coding incoming invoices
- Investigating queries regarding processed invoices
- Processing recodes and providing follow?'up
- Performing month?'end closing, reporting, and account reconciliations
- Preparing and processing payment batches
- Ensuring a positive relationship with business partners
- Investigating bottlenecks in the process
Do you have what it takes?
- MBO level (economic/financial), with administrative experience in an accounting environment
- Excellent communication and strong soft skills
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- ERP system knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Basware)
- Experience with Accounts Payable processes and systems is preferred
- You are fluent in Dutch and have good command of English
