As a management assistant in Amersfoort, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily processes while supporting a team of directors within the business group Ingredients. Working closely with a team lead and two other management assistants, you will handle a variety of secretarial and organizational tasks. Your ability to prioritize, stay proactive, and maintain accuracy under pressure will be essential in this role. With your experience in agenda management, communication, and organization, you will contribute to an efficient and collaborative work environment.
What You Will Do:
- Manage: complex agendas and coordinate appointments to optimize schedules.
- Screen: and independently follow up on emails to streamline communication.
- Organize: meetings, gatherings, and events, including preparation and follow-up tasks.
- Support: the creation of presentations and other communication materials.
- Execute: various administrative and secretarial tasks, such as booking travel arrangements and processing expense claims.
