Operator

We are a production company in the food manufacturing industry based in Tilburg. Every day we produce high-quality food products for customers both nationally and internationally. Quality, hygiene, and safety are key priorities within our production environment.

Because we work with food products, we follow strict quality and food safety standards. We are therefore looking for employees who work accurately, take responsibility, and enjoy being part of a team that ensures a smooth production process.

As an Operator in a 2-shift system, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machines in our manufacturing environment. You ensure that the production process runs efficiently and that products meet the required quality and hygiene standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and setting up production machines
• Monitoring the quality of the produced food products
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment according to food safety guidelines
• Moving and lifting raw materials and finished products
• Working closely with colleagues to meet production targets

You will work in a 2-shift schedule and be part of a motivated production team.

• You speak and understand English (this is the main language on the work floor)
• You are physically fit and able to lift heavy materials regularly
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Experience in a production environment is a plus

• €15,- per hour gross
