Because we are looking for a Cluster Sales Executive for Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam.

- You love planning and managing administrative tasks;
- You are very proficient in both oral and written English, Dutch is an advantage.
- Working in collaboration with the sales team in optimizing revenue and bookings;
- In charge of responding to groups and events lead and establishing the necessary follow up to convert the business opportunities.
- The primary focus for both the Andaz and the Hyatt Regency will be to handle groups and events requests in a timely manner, using all Hyatt tools provided to convert into revenue.
- Providing high-level administrative support through research, preparing statistical reports, preparing proposals and contracts;
- Responding to clients’ inquiries and resolving client issues;
- Conducting site inspections, when required.
- Participating to the Sales and Events initiative to identify new business opportunity and retain current and past clients.
- Serve as a professional liaison between all departments of the Hotel

- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role in Events and/or Sales, ideally within a Hotel;
- A Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or equivalent on-the-job training;
- A fun, loving and energizing personality, alongside exceptional grooming standards;
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills in English and in Dutch as well;
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service;
- Outstanding organizational and administration skills;
- Familiar with telephone etiquette, confident when on the phone;
- Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
