Your Mission- Develop and execute the category strategy in line with company goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: selection, onboarding, pricing, and phase-out.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional plans to maximize revenue and margin.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Finance to support category performance.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales, profitability, stock levels, and category growth.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
- Lead category improvement projects and contribute to long-term business planning.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Category Manager, Product Manager, or similar commercial role.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Experience working with suppliers and understanding of supply chain dynamics.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on profitability and customer value.
