Performance Marketing - Working Student (16-20 hrs)

You’ll work closely with our Performance Marketing Specialist to ensure our campaigns are sharp, data‑driven, and high‑performing. Expect a fast‑paced mix of creative experimentation and operational precision.

• Launching & Managing: Supporting the setup and daily management of paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

• Experimenting: Turning fresh ideas into live tests by uploading creatives, testing copy variations, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• Optimizing: Monitoring budgets and performance metrics to spot opportunities for improvement (with plenty of guidance, of course!).

• Building Audiences: Supporting retargeting efforts and campaign expansions to help us reach the right people at the right time.

• Trend Spotting: Researching competitors and industry trends to propose the "next big thing" for our performance strategy.
