The Commercial Planning team collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to position demand planning not just as a process, but as a strategic decision‑making partner. Role

As a Demand Planning Manager, you are the driving force behind a future‑proof, data‑driven, and international forecasting team. You bring proven experience from a commercial organization and act as the connecting link between commercial, finance, and operations within a market‑driven environment.

What you will do:

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and develop an international demand planning team, focused on continuous improvement, standardized processes, and KPI management;
• Foster a culture of ownership, data integrity, and accountability;
• Position the team as the strategic partner for commercial stakeholders.

Demand Planning & S&OP

• Own the demand planning process within S&OP (DAM), including reconciliation between financial and operational forecasts;
• Manage forecasting processes in Blue Yonder, including data validation, lifecycle management, and KPI analysis;
• Align regional forecasts with global planning and strategic objectives. Portfolio,

Inventory & Risk Management

• Identify risks and opportunities in portfolio, inventory, and obsolescence;
• Provide proactive recommendations and corrective actions;
• Enhance decision‑making through scenario planning, analytics, and data‑driven insights.

Requirements

You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP;
• Experience with forecasting tools such as Blue Yonder;
• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals or medical devices);
• Strategic and hands‑on mindset, with strong focus on ownership and results.
• Proven experience in a commercial, market‑driven organization, where demand planning supports sales performance and financial targets, is a strong plus;
