The Commercial Planning team collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to position demand planning not just as a process, but as a strategic decision‑making partner. As a Demand Planning Manager, you are the driving force behind a future‑proof, data‑driven, and international forecasting team. You bring proven experience from a commercial organization and act as the connecting link between commercial, finance, and operations within a market‑driven environment.
What you will do:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop an international demand planning team, focused on continuous improvement, standardized processes, and KPI management;
- Foster a culture of ownership, data integrity, and accountability;
- Position the team as the strategic partner for commercial stakeholders.
Demand Planning & S&OP
- Own the demand planning process within S&OP (DAM), including reconciliation between financial and operational forecasts;
- Manage forecasting processes in Blue Yonder, including data validation, lifecycle management, and KPI analysis;
- Align regional forecasts with global planning and strategic objectives. Portfolio,
Inventory & Risk Management
- Identify risks and opportunities in portfolio, inventory, and obsolescence;
- Provide proactive recommendations and corrective actions;
- Enhance decision‑making through scenario planning, analytics, and data‑driven insights.
Requirements
You thrive in a dynamic, international environment and bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning and S&OP;
- Experience with forecasting tools such as Blue Yonder;
- Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals or medical devices);
- Strategic and hands‑on mindset, with strong focus on ownership and results.
- Proven experience in a commercial, market‑driven organization, where demand planning supports sales performance and financial targets, is a strong plus;
