Technical Program Manager

• Overseeing several large-scale technical development programs
• Assignment for 4 months

Our client is an international manufacturing and production organization. They develop and produce specialized technical components used by customers across several advanced industries.

In this role as Technical Program Manager you will:

• Lead and structure multiple strategic R&D/NPI programs simultaneously
• Create clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance
• Ensure smooth coordination between R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers
• Monitor progress and proactively address delays, risks, and bottlenecks
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including customers
• Implement or improve project and program management methodologies within the organization
• Strengthen internal capabilities in structured execution (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, hybrid methods)

For this role as Technical Program Manager:

• 5 years of experience in project or program management
• Experience in a technical, R&D-driven, or production/manufacturing environment
• Strong ability to bring structure, overview, and coordination across multiple initiatives
• Skilled in stakeholder management and confident in challenging where needed
• Familiarity with structured delivery methods (e.g., PRINCE2, IPMA, Agile)
• Curious, structured, and eager to contribute to maturing internal processes
• Fluent in English, and preferably also Dutch

• Start date: ASAP
• Assignment for 4-6 months
• On site
• 3 days per week
