We are looking for a Data Warehousing Specialist to support the development and maintenance of our data warehouse environment built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
You will work with BigQuery datasets, help structure raw data into analytics-ready tables, and support reporting in Tableau. The role also includes integrating data from external systems through APIs and building automated data pipelines.
This is a hands-on technical role with strong growth potential toward Data Engineer or Analytics Engineer.
Tasks
- Maintain and support the BigQuery data warehouse environment.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation and analytics-ready datasets.
- Monitor data pipelines to ensure reliable data availability.
- Perform data validation and sampling to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies between source systems, pipelines, and reporting outputs.
- Maintain and monitor API-based data integrations.
- Integrate new external data sources (APIs, exports, databases) into the warehouse.
- Transform raw data (JSON / API responses) into structured datasets.
- Load and maintain processed datasets in BigQuery tables.
- Document data sources, data flows, and table structures.

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with BigQuery (GCP), Python, REST APIs, and scheduled data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Solid understanding of APIs and JSON data structures.
- Comfortable working with structured datasets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills (able to explain data clearly).

- Experience with BigQuery.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Basic understanding of data modeling (fact & dimension tables).
