Business Consultant - team Interim

As Business Consultant within team Interim you are the contact for our clients and the face towards the market. Together with the Candidate Consultants you will form a strong team: you will speak to clients, advise on their recruitment needs and translate these into concrete opportunities. You switch quickly, keep an overview and know better than anyone how to build long-term relationships with both clients and IT professionals.

This role is all about speed, overview, customer focus and cooperation. And all with a commercial outlook and a good dose of ownership. Deadlines? You see them as a challenge.

What is Interim?

Interim means mediating professionals who work temporarily for a client, often for a specific period of time or project. This can be, for example, filling a temporary position or providing specialist expertise for a specific period of time. You make sure that you know how to connect these Interim professionals to the right assignments and clients.

The team you will join consists of young, energetic colleagues. They work very hard, but always with room for a joke in between. Together you not only lift the service to a higher level, but also each other.

What will you do?

Within team Interim, you will work on a variety of assignments - from energy and mobility to government and IT. You actively build your client portfolio and supervise the entire process from application to placement. This means:

You actively approach new clients and build your own network;

You maintain warm relationships with existing clients and delve into their organization;

You discuss job openings and translate them into concrete recruitment assignments;

You will work closely with a Candidate Consultant who will provide the right candidates;

You will introduce the professional to the client and guide the process to successful placement;

You advise both client and candidate - substantive, personal and future-oriented.

You will work from our office in Voorburg under the StarApple label, where performance is both seen and rewarded. Besides a transparent reward system, we offer an unlimited bonus scheme and plenty of room for development.

You will receive a salary range that matches your knowledge and experience.We reward you fairly for your commitment and development.

Vacation pay and days off
You will receive 8.33% vacation pay and are entitled to 27 vacation days per yearbased on full-time employment. This gives you plenty of time to recharge your batteries.

Hybrid working
We support hybrid working and apply a 60/40 split,whereby full-time employees spend three days at the office and twodays working from home.

Premium-free pension
We pay your entire pension premium. This means you accrue pension without having to contribute to it yourself. As a result, you are left with a higher net salary.

Performance bonus
Depending on your performance and that of HeadFirst Group, you may receive an annualbonus of one or two months' salary.

Monthly extras
You will receive a monthly allowance for internet, a vitality budget,a contribution towards lunch, and support in setting up your home office.

What we expect from you

Minimum hbo working and thinking level;

Minimum of 2 years' experience in job placement or recruitment;

You are commercial and have a good sense of customer needs;

You are administratively strong and proficient with systems (Word, Excel, CRM);

You have a winner's mentality, work in a structured way and think in terms of opportunities;

You communicate easily in Dutch and English;

Experience within IT recruitment is a plus, but not a must.
