We are looking for an energetic Quality Control Employee who will ensure that our blueberries and asparagus always reach customers on time and in perfect condition!
In this role, you will:
- Inspect and register incoming and outgoing batches of fruit in the system
- Perform quality checks during the packing process
- Test product shelf life
- Monitor hygiene standards of production lines, staff, and the working environment
- Actively suggest improvements related to quality
Working hours:
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 11:45 – 20:00
- During peak season: 13:45 – up to 22:00–23:00

Wat wij vragen
- MBO-level education, preferably in food, fresh produce (AGF), or quality control
- Experience in food production
- Affinity with fresh products and a strong focus on quality
- Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Flexibility and a positive, proactive attitude toward work

Wat wij bieden
- Hourly wage between €16.95 and €19.66, depending on knowledge and experience
- 25% shift allowance for evening shifts (19:00 – 23:00)
- Travel allowance of €0.15 per km (from 10 km, up to a maximum of 30 km one way)
- Annual salary increase from January 1st – we value your development
- Working in a cold storage room (10°C) – we provide warm and comfortable work clothing
