Management- Coordinate engineering activities across Mechanical, Interior, Exterior, and Structural disciplines within assigned yacht projects.
- Report to the Project Manager Engineering and support the planning and delivery of technical documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Owners’ Representatives, designers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop detailed engineering schedules in collaboration with project managers and third-party engineers.
- Monitor daily progress, resolve planning issues, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
- Communicate and enforce project standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Drive synergies and efficiencies in collaboration with co-makers and subcontractors.
- Provide functional leadership to assigned engineering team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- MSc within related to the maritime industry across one of the mentioned disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, ideally in the maritime or luxury yacht industry.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and solve technical challenges proactively.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and/or Rhinoceros.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
