In this operator position, you are responsible for running the production process as efficiently as possible while checking product quality. You operate, set up and maintain machines and production equipment, perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance, and make sure everything runs safely and delivers the right output. You also record key process data, spot defects, take corrective action and help improve the way the line works. This role is active, technical and varied, so no two shifts feel exactly the same. Your tasks include:
- Operating and adjusting the filling line so production keeps running smoothly and efficiently.
- Carrying out quality checks and correcting deviations before they affect the final product.
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance plus minor repairs to keep equipment reliable.
- Recording production data and reporting clearly during shift handovers and team discussions.
- Following safety procedures, using PPE and reporting risks on the work floor.
- Thinking along about smarter methods, better setups and process improvements on the line.

- Secondary vocational working and thinking level.
- Knowledge of production process procedures.

- Willing to work in a 2-shift and/or 3-shift system.
- Intention to stay and grow for the longer term is a strong plus.

- Gross monthly salary of €3.050,- to €3.500,- (including shift allowance).
- 40-hour work week with a paid 30-minute break each day.
- 200 vacation hours plus 4 ATV days per year based on full-time employment.
