Role OverviewWe are seeking an interim QA Officer (Customer Supply Chain) to support customer quality requests and documentation handling. In this role, you ensure accurate responses via Salesforce, maintain quality documents, and collaborate with internal teams to safeguard compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer QA questions via Salesforce
- Provide specifications, certificates, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with QA, R&D, Sales, Supply Chain
- Maintain QA documents and ensure compliance
- Track open QA tasks and ensure timely follow-up
- Support team process improvements
- Bachelor’s in Food / Quality / Life Sciences
- 3–5 years QA experience in food or FMCG Strong accuracy and customer focus
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, DMS
- Excellent Dutch & English communication skills
