you will serve as the subject-matter expert for People Analytics within our global HR community. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders across our 3PL operations. You will transform HR and workforce data into clear insights, prioritized initiatives, and measurable business impact.

YOUR TASKS

  • Design and deliver training and enablement for HR and managers on analytics tools, platform features, and practical use cases, and support the rollout of the People Analytics Platform.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities using people data to advance the global HR strategy, prioritizing and co-designing initiatives with HRBPs and business partners.
  • Lead end-to-end analytic workstreams: define data needs, scope requests, analyze core HR datasets (employee master, TA, learning, performance/talent, retention, compensation, engagement), and deliver clear recommendations.
  • Build and maintain people analytics products-such as dashboards, reports, and tools-and ensure they drive action and measurable business outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling data stories tailored to HR leaders and operational managers, serving as a subject-matter expert in data-driven HR initiatives and product development.
  • Champion data privacy and governance by working with Works Representatives and Data Privacy & Governance teams to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Capture and document business requirements for our operations-heavy 3PL workforce environment, design solutions that reflect operational realities, and continuously scan trends and best practices to improve methods, tools, and product offerings.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years experience in People Analytics, HR analytics or a comparable analytics role.
  • Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power Bl, Visier or similar).
  • Comfort with statistical tools (R, Python, SOL or equivalent) appreciated.
  • Experience with HRIS (SAP Employee Central, SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and comply with governance/privacy processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to present to global HR and business audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with a track record of delivering analytics that produce strategic, operational or financial impact.

WE OFFER

  • Salary between €2,580 and €4,722. We top it off with 8% holiday allowance and discounted gym memberships.
  • We offer a performance bonus.
  • 25 paid vacation days, possibility to extend these to 28 vacation days.
