- Prepare and establish accurate financial results, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and maintaining financial transparency;
- Monitor progress toward financial objectives and implement improvements based on detailed analyses;
- Act as a proactive sparring partner within the Cluster Management Team, providing financial insights and guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and investment proposals for various departments;
- Lead group audit processes and ensure adherence to financial reporting standards and compliance requirements;
- Develop and analyze financial KPIs for various clients, discussing the results with contract managers to drive improvements;
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, weekly and monthly overviews, business reviews, and ROFO;
- Calculate various financial scenarios and assess their operational impact, implementing appropriate solutions;
- Participate in improvement projects, collaborating with teams within Arvato to optimize financial and operational processes and achieve business objectives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Higher Education (HBO/WO) degree in Financial Management and Control;
- Comprehensive understanding of general business concepts;
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies;
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
- Result-oriented with integrity, demonstrating firmness in decision-making;
- Proficient in Excel, knowledge of SAP is a significant advantage.
