All-round Technical Employee

Keeping production lines running safely and efficiently-that's where you make the difference. As an All-round Technical Technician at Nisbets, you are responsible for the technical availability and reliability of our packaging lines. You work with advanced installations and actively contribute to continuous improvement within an international production environment.

As an All-round Technical Technician, you perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced packaging lines, including case erectors, conveyor systems, and automated case handling installations. You analyse mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control-related faults and ensure sustainable technical solutions.

You inspect equipment according to maintenance plans, carry out calibrations and mechanical adjustments after format changes, and support production start-ups. You work according to LOTO procedures and verify safety systems such as light curtains and emergency stops. All maintenance activities and faults are registered in the maintenance management system, and you actively contribute ideas for technical and process improvements.

In addition, you support operators, provide technical guidance, and help improve work instructions, contributing to both operational stability and knowledge sharing within the team.

What do you bring?

• Completed MBO-level technical education (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar);
• Experience with maintenance and fault analysis on automated production lines;
• Strong mechanical knowledge and basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and control technology;
• Analytical skills with the ability to implement structural improvements;
• Experience with or willingness to work with HMI systems and industrial installations;
• A precise and safety-conscious working style;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Motivation to further develop your technical skills.
