Mixing operator

As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing raw materials according to recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the Mixing Supervisor and Production Management to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities:

• Mixing and preparing raw materials according to specified recipes;
• Ensuring raw materials are available on time;
• Conducting quality checks on chemical processes;
• Monitoring and adjusting production processes as needed;
• Recording production data and administrative processing.

Working hours in this position may vary, but you will primarily work during the day from 08:00 to 16:45 and on Fridays until 15:45. However, you are willing to work night shifts when necessary.

Functie eisen

We are looking for a precise and responsible team player with strong attention to detail that fits this profile:

• Pré: experience in a production environment, preferably in the chemical or food industry;
• Interest in mixing and preparing raw materials;
• Ability to follow safety and quality regulations carefully;
• Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-driven;
• Basic command of Dutch and/or English.
