Wat ga je doen?As a Production Operator, you keep the line running: operating and monitoring equipment, stepping in on preparation, mixing and packing, while staying sharp on quality, hygiene and safety. You maintain a clean, organised work area, record essential batch and quality data, spot deviations early and report them to the shift lead. Along the way, you suggest small improvements that make the process a little better every day.

Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch or English.
- Willing to work a staggered day shift: 06:00-14:00 or 13:30-22:00.
- Hands-on, proactive and team-oriented.
- Experience in production or warehousing is a plus (not required).
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene in a production environment.
