Wat ga je doen

As a Senior Software Engineer AWS, you build, design and maintain the AWS data layer that forms the backbone of our future Transport Services landscape. You design the environment based on our business needs and create a stable and scalable foundation for all planning and operational processes. You work with a broad AWS tech stack, including TypeScript, CDK, Lambda, DynamoDB, Postgres, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, SQS and SNS.

You create a decoupled backend that provides high?'quality data products to Mendix frontends and other domains. You bring strong architectural skills and clear technical direction. You translate business goals into technical solutions and help bridge a gap within the team: one colleague excels in business design and needs technical support, while the previous engineer was technically strong but less involved in design. With your combined technical and conceptual skills, you strengthen both sides.

• You have a higher vocational degree or university degree.
• You have senior?'level experience with AWS serverless technologies and architecture.
• You can independently design and build AWS environments based on business needs.
• You have excellent TypeScript skills and experience building backend functionality.
• You have interest in business goals and solution design.

• Hybrid working and flexible working hours. If you work from home more than two days a week, you receive €45 net per month.
