Job Description Strategic & Tactical Leadership- Develop and maintain the cloud and infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
- Drive innovation and change by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and technology adoption.
- Define and maintain architectural standards, principles, and roadmaps within the cloud and infrastructure domains.
- Validate solutions for compliance with architectural, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage integration points and dependencies across IT domains and business units.
- Oversee the performance of the external service provider, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for escalations, complex issues, and service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective delivery of IT services, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Monitor and report on service performance, driving continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions (primarily Azure, with exposure to other platforms where relevant).
- Ensure cloud and hosting environments support multi‑vendor ecosystems, self‑service capabilities, automation, and cost transparency mechanisms.
- Maintain a secure and compliant cloud and hosting environment, including integration platforms and performance monitoring.
- Contribute to decisions impacting sourcing standards, policies, and target‑state architecture.
- Work closely with business partners, IT teams, and subject matter experts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams and less experienced architects.
