Site Manager

Our client is a fast‑growing logistics provider operating a multi‑client distribution site in the Roosendaal region. They focus on high‑volume e‑commerce and valued logistics services, with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational innovation.

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations in a multi‑client 3PL environment
• Ensure SLA/KPI performance and customer satisfaction
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse processes (receiving to shipping, returns, VAS)
• Manage peak planning, workforce scaling, and high‑volume e‑commerce performance
• Lead and develop a team of ~130 employees
• Build a safety‑ and performance‑driven culture
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning
• Act as primary operational contact for key clients
• Maintain strong relationships and support business growth
• Participate in QBRs, reviews, and improvement initiatives
• Manage site P&L, budgeting, cost control, and labor planning
• Identify efficiency and profitability opportunities
• Support commercial teams with onboarding, solution design, and change management
• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, customs, and security standards
• Promote safety culture and manage incidents and corrective actions

A successful Site Manager should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience managing a large warehouse or 3PL logistics site
• Strong background in high‑volume e‑commerce fulfillment and peak planning
• Solid understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma preferred)
• Proven ability to manage full P&L responsibility
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and change management skills
• Fluency in English required; Dutch preferred
