Within the P&T Office Support team, this role supports the Service Integration & Orchestration domain, which playsa central rolein IT Service Management.In this role, you support and coordinate domain activities in close cooperation with management and delivery teams. You work on topics thatbenefitfrom consistentfollowup,trustbasedcollaboration and knowledge of the domain.
Je werkAs aRealisation Officer/Project Management Officer (PMO), you deliver dedicated support to theService Integration & Orchestration(SIO)team by helping them where needed and challenging them to act in line with the P&T strategy.
You support the Grid owner in the following activities:
- Facilitating MT Meetings: You ensure smooth Management Team meetings and challenge current practices to realize improvements;
- Preparing the weekly MT agenda & topics: You draft the agenda for the weekly MT-meetings, ensuring all relevant topics are covered;
- Improving positioning within P&T: You actively work on the positioning of SIO within the Platforms & Technology department;
- Team development: You organize team development activities for the SIO management team such as offsites, and team plans to enhance management team cohesion and effectiveness;
- Organizing and hosting offsites for the SIO management team: You are responsible for planning and executing offsite meetings for the Grid Owner and his IT Leads.
- Organizing One Team Days and Big Demos: You coordinate large events such as One Team Days and Big Demos, and strategy sessions;
- Maintaining the SharePoint page: You ensure the SharePoint page remains current and relevant for all SIO-related information;
- Education and team growth: You support the development and growth of the Office Support team through educational initiatives;
- SPOC for the organization: You act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the SIO organization;
- Contributing to overarching projects: You contribute to various projects within the P&T department depending on the needs of the organisation.

Je profiel- Minimum of a higher professional education degree (HBO/University);
- At least 3 years of proven work experience;
- You excel in stakeholder management and easily connect with different stakeholders;
- You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for tasks and deliver them within agreed timelines;
- You are pragmatic, solution-oriented, and proactive;
- You enjoy collaborating across teams, domains and management levels;
- You are not afraid to challenge the MT members and colleagues constructively, pushing for improvement;
- You have excellent English skills, yet theworking language is Dutch;
