Job Description- Proactively identify and secure new clients within logistics and e commerce sectors
- Build and leverage industry networks to generate qualified leads
- Present tailored delivery and supply chain solutions to potential customers
- Lead client meetings, assess needs and develop commercial proposals
- Negotiate terms and close contracts to meet revenue and margin targets
- Maintain and grow key accounts to ensure long term partnerships
- Track market trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth on boarding and service delivery
- At least 5 years of sales experience within logistics, parcel delivery or supply chain in the Netherlands
- Proven track record of winning new business and consistently hitting sales targets
- Strong network within e commerce, fulfilment or logistics sectors
- Confident negotiator with solid closing skills
- Commercially driven with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Holds a valid driving licence and is willing to travel within the Netherlands
