What will you do as Lead Production?Lead a team of Integration Engineers and VAS Technicians within the Integration Area, where optical network cabinets (WDM/fiber?'based) are built, configured, and tested.Ensure that all customer projects are completed on time from component assembly to full integration of fiber and optical modules.Take responsibility for the day?'to?'day production planning of all integration and assembly activities. You manage capacity, priorities, material availability, and resource planning.Safeguard quality at every step of the cabinet?'building process, including initiating improvement actions for deviations, structural issues, or inefficiencies in assembly and testing.Work closely with Senior Integration Engineers to find structural solutions to bottlenecks and customer requirements.Act as the customer?'facing point of contact for order status, changes, planning, and questions.Ensure a safe, structured, and efficient working environment where continuous improvement (LEAN/5S) is actively promoted.Contribute to HR?'related activities such as onboarding new employees, performance discussions, team development, and fostering a positive and professional team atmosphere.Your qualities
- Experience in production planning within a technical manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain overview in a dynamic setting

- Solid technical understanding
