Your Tasks
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Customer Fulfillment ecosystem
- Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes
- Drive product roadmap development and strategic planning across multiple sub-products
- Mentor a team of product managers
- Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units
- Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction
- Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios
Your Profile
- Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
- Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment
- Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
- Impact-oriented and a "Get things done" mentality
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
