Role DescriptionThe Commercial Analytics Manager supports global and regional teams by delivering clear, actionable insights. The role enables the 2026 analytics transformation plan, drives reporting standardization, and embeds analytical models into commercial planning.
Responsibilities- Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver clear insights.
- Partner with global, regional, and market teams to align priorities and expectations.
- Support development and adoption of global analytics models such as the growth model and Market Development Model.
- Support performance summaries, diagnostics, and scenario inputs for IBP.
- Help drive adoption of global reporting standards and “One Source of Truth.”
- Contribute to multi-stakeholder projects including vendor transitions and new data integrations.
- 7–10+ years in analytics or insights roles.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or commercial analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into commercial implications.
- Project and program management capability.
- Supports multiple global, regional, and market-level teams.
- High collaboration with global, regional, and market stakeholders.
