Value Delivery Lead

As a Value Delivery Lead at Pebble you strive when managing complex projects, connecting the dots between our customers and the Pebble squad(s) and between cloud, data, development and automation experts. Value is created when the customer perceives it, not merely by implementing technology. You work with the customer to identify value and ensure delivery with your team, tailoring the delivery method per customer or project. We value a combination of management, communication, social and technical skills, and we focus on delivering value rather than adhering to a single framework or methodology.

To be successful, you:

• Have a technical background and understand cloud, data and integration technology at a high level.
• Have well-developed social skills; you can motivate and understand the people you work with.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills; you understand this is the key capability in successful delivery of a solution.
• Look at solutions from a business value point of view, rather than from a technical point of view.
• You’re not the type who wants another progress meeting; you focus on what must be done to meet deadlines or what you did to meet them.
• Are fluent in speaking and writing English and preferably also Dutch.

Things that might help:

• You have experience with Azure Kubernetes Services, Fabric and/or Databricks, deploying CI/CD pipelines, Infra as Code and related technologies.
• Microsoft Certifications in Infrastructure, AI Cloud Platforms and/or Development.
• Experience as a project manager, focusing on outcomes rather than processes.
