Your MissionYou will lead the end-to-end hardware development life cycle, transforming complex requirements into high‑performance, reliable medical hardware.
Key Responsibilities- High‑Precision PCB Design: Architect complex, multi‑layer PCBs for medical instrumentation, ensuring signal integrity and low‑noise performance.
- Compliance Leadership: Navigate and implement rigorous medical standards, including IEC 60601-1 (Safety) and IEC 60601-1-2 (EMC).
- Design for Excellence (DfX): Optimize layouts for manufacturability, reliability, and stringent thermal constraints.
- Prototyping & Testing: From breadboarding to final verification, you’ll own the hardware validation process.
What You Bring
- Expertise: Deep proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of ISO 13485 and risk management (ISO 14971).
- Experience: 5+ years in hardware development, specifically within the medical device or highly regulated industries.
- Mindset: A passion for quality and the "patient-first" engineering approach.
- Ability to think practically and find solutions. Flexible attitude.

- Monthly salary as per market standards
